Guess we need to use common sense so they don't change this plan. Practice 6 foot rule on parking lot and pier at boat ramp. Be safe!
I'm thinking I'll keep a copy of the "Frequently asked question" page with me in case some authority doesn't "know this rule".

I'm not sure if I've ever gotten within 6' of someone at the ramp, so wouldn't be much of a change for me. lol

What about touching tie ups and other commonly touched parts on public piers when launching ? Actually , you can do whatever you want. It's your life and your families.

Wash your hands and you'll be fine. This virus is NEVER going to go away. So what, are you NEVER going to touch anything again?

What are you going to do, carry soap and a sink around with you and wash your hands every time you touch something ?

No, that is silly. Besides, they have hand sanitizers in little bottles now, so the need to lug your sink with you may be slightly extreme. So I guess your answer to my question is NO, you will never be touching anything again? So what have you done up to this point in your life? Do you believe that viruses, germs, bacteria, and whatever else haven't been on every surface we have been touching for centuries? ESPECIALLY on our boats, with seafood, flies, and bait being slung all over the place.
