I have my Blue Crab trap reg #'s

Before I have my ID's made up, I want to clarify the numbers.......

My info states that the numbers are BXXXX9  #1-5

Which could be - BXXXX9, BXXX10, BXXX11, BXXX12, BXXX13

or BXXXX9 #1, BXXXX9 #2, BXXXX9 #3, BXXXX9 #4, BXXXX9 #5

Can someone clarify this for me?

My bet would be on option #2. You have the main ID# and then trap #'s from 1 to 5.

I took it that the State wants your assigned number on each trap.
If you want to number your traps individually that is up to you.

Hey Gordon -

The second option is the correct one. So you will have traps labeled BXXXX9-1, BXXXX9-2,..., BXXXX9-5
