I went out crabbing for the first time this year. Caught 5 at my go to spot in a cove off an inlet, 0 at my usually productive spot at Sisters Creek, and 4 at a spot under the I-295 bridge. My bait was chunks of ladyfish and Bluefish. Caught mostly females with a lot of color to them. Another week or so and it should turn on and get a lot better. Good luck to all of you south of here.

Keep us informed. My wife's cousin that lives in Jacksonville is always wanting crabs every time he comes up to Maryland to visit his parents. I told him to go catching some down there.

Thanks for the report and glad to hear you were able to find some!
It's still slow down here.
