When you’re looking for the best commercial vacuum sealer, you usually find they are the “chamber” type, which means instead of having a small slot in front for sealing the bags, you simply place the food in a large chamber at the top and seal them that way. The chambers are also quite large and therefore can handle a lot of different jobs, so even a fairly large commercial kitchen will be accommodated.

Lots of Models to Choose From

The best part about choosing a chamber sealer is the variety you get. Sure, they all seal the bags expertly and they’re built to last, but you also need to be on the lookout for any special or unique features you might want, such as ways to adjust the temperature or one that automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time.

This is the unit I have and have used it for about 3 years now.  It gets used regularly especially during deer season.  We butcher 9-10 deer a year and this thing never slows down or has an issue with the vacuum or sealing.

Before this unit, we would burn up at least one a year.
