I have a few piers around greater Annapolis that I like to work with good ol' chicken necks, string, and a dip net.  Haven't been in several weeks, and my one crabbing buddy reports getting skunked the last few times.  I know water is getting colder and crabs are going deeper, but it seems like all you lucky folks with boats are still doing well with trotlines or traps.  Anyone having any luck working from piers?  Or advice?  Thanks in advance.
