Folks does anyone know what the closest good crabbing pier to zip 22043?
I’m a little tired of driving 1-1.5 hour each time.

If you consider Sandy Point as having a "good crabbing pier".....that's probably your closest pier. Call down there at Mikes on the old Rt2 bridge (on the South River) and ask them.

You think they'd tell me where to crab off the pier? Isn't that conflict of their own interest?

Yeah, give them a call. They have some piers there they may let you use, otherwise they probably know of some. Better yet, I just remembered there's an old section of the old bridge they left over on the Severn. Here is I remember seeing people fishing and crabbing off of it when I would drive through there. Check with "Stabalizer" pretty sure that's his river. Jonas and Anne Catharine Green Park is the name of it, look them up.

Use to go to "Piers Warf" Rd. Down Central Ave {15-20 miles past Beltway... It is on the Rhode River near Camp Letts YMCA... Can get crowded and only the last 3rd is in water over 5 feet... Been 20 years so don't know if still there?

Romancoke is right over the Rt 50 bridge on Kent island. Stay to the right and take the Stevenson exit(?). Drive past Metapeake fishing pier all the way to the end.
