I just heard about this place and it has good reviews. It's close to Capt Rons place and was curious if he had ever been there?  Some day I  plan on getting over to the area for a Cajun Creole dining experience! I really like the Cajun Creole cuisine along with mud bugs! Anyone else have any suggestions? Thank you all!

Never heard of it.  Lake Charles is about a 3 hour drive from my place.  Plenty of restaurants between there and here.

But that shouldn't stop anyone from coming to visit.  Come on down and pass a good time.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't think it was  that far from you!
Any suggestions for good gumbo that you are familiar with?

3 hours is nothing.  Just came back from Vero Beach which was a 12 hour drive.  Headed to Durham next month for another tournament. 16 hour drive.  Then to the WYE party in September which is a 19 hour drive.  3 hours??? That's around the corner laugh laugh laugh
