Not a crab house - but we found this "crabmeat pie" at this restaurant in Waltham, MA. We stopped in for lunch (food is exactly the same but everything is under $20).

I should have taken a photo but my wife and 17 yr old ate that thing so fast it was gone. It was basically a dish of pure crab meat with very little breading on top to crisp it in a oval dish that is served with a small petit sirloin steak. I was told though that the quality varies depending on location. Anyways we tried the waltham location and it was very good.
Give it a try if you have got $20 to burn for lunch. Comes with baked potato or fries or a heaping portion of rice pilaf.
My only con - we went in for a 2pm lunch and the place was pretty crowded. I guess a lot of folks go there to get the better price.
