Lights/cams/etc

So, I've been toying with the idea after learning to fly drones of what else can be done with the little first person view cameras that you can attach to those.

Already picked up a cheap waterproof clearbox case, was looking at modifying a cheapie little wolfwhoop cam from amazon to go into these cases with a battery, and possibly putting a small led light in the trap for visual (and because somewhere I was reading some only vaguely crackpot sounding theory about lights being an attractant for blue crab.)

Can anyone tell me if there's any not-so-obviously regs regarding this? I didn't see anything on the pages for the DNR that could be construed as a violation with a small led light and waterproof cam system just for laughs and to watch the crabs duke it out over some chicken necks about 10 or 20' down out by Kent island or somewhere similar.
