So far during my hunting years I have been lucky enough where I dont pay to hunt the properties I lease.  I offer labor and post the heck of the place to deter trespassers.  I have hunting 99% delaware with a couple days a year to hunt MD.  I want to hunt MD to justify the license.  I have began talking with someone about a potential spot and I am curious if you do pay a lease what is the average cost per acre to lease?  The owner does keep the fields mowed and I want to respect that in the cost.
