Lines in 8:00am
On the trailer 11:00am
Slack low then incoming
5' - 8' feet water depth
2 x 300' baited with necks
42 mixed 5" - 5 1/2"

Been a few weeks since we have been able to get out.  Launched the boat and headed out, river was full of pot buoys that were not there the last time we were out figured maybe the crabs might have moved back in.  Spoke to a comm out working his gear and all he could say was "small light crabs", this proved to be the case when we steamed them up for lunch.  Nice day on the water with a light breeze to keep the temperature down.  Even though the crabs were light they still tasted good.

Normally crab on Wednesday and fish on Thursday but the winds made Wednesday a better fishing day so we spent the morning working the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and found a few flounder and puppy drum.
